Our founder

Mare was born and raised in Argentina, where she earned a Bachelor's in Social Studies and a degree in Film Making before making the United States her home. Her path, however, was shaped long before her career began. At twelve years old, Mare sustained a traumatic brain injury that erased her memory of her own life — and in rebuilding herself from that blank page, she discovered something that would define everything that followed: that who we are is something we can consciously construct. She chose herself, deliberately and methodically, grounding that process in the study of neuroscience, medicine, and psychology.

What followed was decades of immersion across human behavior, sociology, neurology, and trauma-informed care — not as an academic exercise, but as a lived practice. Her credentials span an associate in Fine Arts, an international EFL/ESL certification, a national certification in medical interpreting, and a certification in life coaching — a breadth that reflects not a scattered path, but a deeply intentional one.

What sets Mare apart is not a single methodology or a packaged program. It is the rare combination of personal experience, scientific grounding, and cross-disciplinary training that allows her to meet each person where they are and build something that actually works for them. Her approach is practical by design — rooted in real tools, real systems, and a clear-eyed understanding of how people think, adapt, and change. She is not here to hold your hand indefinitely. She is here to help you get organized, get clear, and get moving — with the skills and perspective to keep going long after the work together is done.

Mare believes that people are always evolving, and her own life is proof of that conviction. Curiosity, for Mare, has never been incidental — it has always been the point.

In her own words:

“A traumatic brain injury gave me the opportunity to discover who I truly wanted to become—and just as importantly, who I didn’t want to be. Over the years, through research, education, training, and personal experience, I came to understand what it really takes to create meaningful change and step into a life that feels aligned. Along the way, I built a toolkit of strategies and resources that now allow me to support others on their own process of growth.

Whether you’re searching for clarity of purpose, a deeper connection with yourself, more organization, stronger relationships, or simply a greater sense of fulfillment, I facilitate the resources and tools for you to create the life you’re ready to live.”
